Example:- Procedure for booking an A/C TATA INDICA for Local (Within the city) use
for 8 Hours & 80 Kms in Pune for 25th September, 2008:-
A). Please select the city as Pune.
B). Please select Nature of Duty as Local.
C). Please select Date as 25th September, 2008.
D). Please click on Next.
Step 2:-
A). Please read the Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page carefullly.
B). Please select the 8 Hours & 80 Kms Tariff.
C). Please review the rates & click on Continue.
Step 3:-
A). Total Fare = Basic Fare + Processing fee + Service Tax. Please review the Total
amount & click on Continue.
B). Please enter the personal details of the Passenger & click on Continue. Fields
marked with * are compulsary.
C). Please select the Pick-up time (i.e. the time the car is required at the address
or in case of arrival by Flight/Rail the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) ).
- Please Enter the Pick-up Address.
- In Case arrival is at Airport/Railway
station Please select the Airport/Station where you are arriving & Enter the Train/Flight
Number.
- In Case car is required at any other address please enter the address.

Please Enter the Number of days for which the car is required.
- Please click
on Continue
D). If you wish to make more bookings please click on Book another Cab & follow
same procedure.
If you wish to finalise the booking please click on Pay Now.
All bookings added to the cart can be viewed by clicking on the view cart Tab that
will appear on the top left of the page (Next to the At Makson Tab).
E). Please Review you booking details & ensure that they are correct, if there is
an error you can click on any of the tabs & change the details.
- You can choose to pay either the Full amount or the Booking amount
- Full
amount is 100% Basic fare + Processing fee + Service Tax.
- Booking amount is
50% of the Basic fare + Processing fee+ Service Tax.
- You can choose any of the
available payment methods.
Step 4:-
Depending on the payment option choosen you will be taken to the respective payment
gateway. After successful payment you will be taken to our thank you page where
you can view your details & print the E-Ticket.
Please note that the E-ticket needs to be duly signed by the person whose card has
been used for payment & should be carried along with the passenger.
